I was under that impression, which is why I was originally interested. But at $112, I too think I'll wait for the Tradere.

To think I was willing to pay $40. Heh. Oh well, someone will enjoy it.

The funny thing is that since that one sold, no one will go that high again for long time.

I have one on a BRW handle I posted pictures of somewhere or other recently.

It's no different than a Merkur slant to be honest. A Sledgehammer will give you the heavy end and a bakelite or HD will give you the other end of the spectrum. You're not missing anything unless you're filling out a collection.

It is a shame they don't currently make three piece slants though. I have a Lunawork that is three piece and it's exactly like a Merkur too. Only difference is the pattern on the cap.
