Lay low if you're nearby. Must be tough for law enforcement knowing the guy is probably wearing explosives.
What surprises me is that no group has taken credit for this. Terrorist groups are usually quick to fess up, so I guess these two must have operated alone.
It will be found out to be just another crazy or a couple of crazy kids who decided to use a bomb instead of a gun to go out in a blaze.

I think I read they came from a conflicted area in Russia and were having culture shock but it still it doesn't justify their actions.

I think that they must have gotten help...There are anarchist websites that show you the Freedom of Info act Info, but they never show how to make the detonator or the fuse...they had help with that, I'm sure! these two are just the delievery boys...The real culprits are probably sitting back sipping Vodka or something stronger...

Just took a walk around Somerville & Cambridge MA a few hours ago. There is no traffic and I mean no traffic! Plus all the stores are closed.
