Still don't have it in hand but here is a picture my buddy sent me. It started as a new polished weber and now here is what it looks like. Since it was polished before it was coated it turned out as a black chrome. I was lucky that my friend threw this in with another large batch he coated.

Here's some more pictures. Sorry for the smudges. You can see how different the dlc looks on a polished vs a bead blast finish like on the Weber DLCed razors.
Mmmm sexy... If I ever accidentally wind up with a gold tone.. I will send it to your friend lol...

amazing what a color change can do, that's a great looking razor. please let us know how it functions if the DLC enhances anything to the experience/usage
This begs the question... Why don't we throw more color on these things? A racy red, a safety orange, and (I've got Duck Dynasty on right now) a camo coating? Hmm....

I finally got to shave with this beauty today. And I have to say it was very slick, I know that some of it was in my head, but it slide on the skin better than any other razor I own. I am very pleased with how it turned out and how it shaves.
