As a general rule, you should clean your phone at least once a day, and more often if it's been exposed to any potential risk - if, for instance, you've been in a crowded public location like a supermarket, doctor's office, or a movie theater.
Why? I mean, really, why? What can possibly get on my phone that is not already on my hands? What can magically teleport from somebody else through my trouser's pocket to land on my phone? What can "grow" on my phone, given that I don't dunk it in sugar?

Some people are concerned about transferring something like the COVID 19 to their phone when they touch something and then touch the phone. If they wash their hands but not their phone they may be concerned they have the virus back on their hands and if they put the phone by their ear, on their ear. I saw a video today of a nurse who was wearing gloves and she demonstrated how the virus can be transferred to your phone despite the gloves.

I reckon just keeping mobiles clean, by wiping with a damp microfibre cloth, is the way to go. I suppose there is a theoretical risk of them harbouring coronavirus, but such low level dangers apply to just about anything.

Definetly not. The part about "antibodies" is utter nonsense (the products it refers are not antibodoes, an antibody's objective is not to "kill"bacterias), and there is no such thing as a "virus molecule". There are probably more errors but I am not going to read it anymore.

It's just crap.
 
Never use hand sanitizer with alcohol on your cell phone case. I just noticed a patch of the rubber surface starting to dry out and crack. I can see shiny hard plastic peeking through. I don't think I've compromised the case, just thought I'd share.
