What's new

A toddler's perspective

I thought it would be cool to have my 4 year old daughter take a whiff of some of my shaving creams/soaps and offer her opinion on the scents. Here's her take:

Penhaligon's Castile: "Smells like oranges"
Penhaligon's Endymion: "smells like soap"
Body Shop Maca Root: "smells like a toothbrush"
AOS Lavender: "smells like crunchberries and flowers"
AOS Sandalwood: "smells like daddy" (I wear a sandalwood based cologne) :001_smile
SMN: "smells like Lady" (the family dog)
Pre De Provence: "smells like a shirt" (I'm thinking laundry or detergent)

How about having your toddler take a whiff of some of your soaps/creams and let us know what they think

Body Shop Maca Root: "smells like a toothbrush"

That's funny.

AOS Sandalwood: "smells like daddy" (I wear a sandalwood based cologne) :001_smile

That's awesome that she recognizes the sandalwood as your scent. Sandalwood is one of my favorite fragrances.

That's funny and very sweet at the same time. I'm fresh out of toddlers here but when my 13 month old can speak I'll report back.
