Hi Gents,
Long time since I've visited.
I wanted to report that I believe I'm killing my Puerh due to lack of humidity up here in NE storage. After 1.5 years, much of my tea is too dry and is not aging very well. From what I've been reading, it is exhibiting tell-tale signs of being too dry.
I've purchased humidity beads to up the humidity in the storage cabinet (made of hardwood), so I'm just hoping its not too late. It will be close...
Just wanted to send up a warning for my fellow Yankees to watch Rh closely.
Would be happy to hear of any successful strategies for puerh storage in cold dry climates.
peace,
steve
