bob was able to refinish both of my brushes, but was not sure why the handles are doing what they are doing but agreed there was something wierd going on and offered to refund me the money for both handles and knots but, instead of a refund though i was able to get a resin handle and another knot, im going to put these brushes away until i can figure out what the problem is. great customer service from bob over at elite razor.
