A Nice Unexpected Find

Went to dinner Sunday afternoon and stopped next door at a Food Mart (a very local and independent convenience store) and came across a bottle of Skin Bracer, a GLASS bottle. It was from Canada. For $3.50 I had to have it.... I've never seen SB in a glass bottle since I've been a shaving enthusiast. SWMBO will have to start liking the scent, as I intend to use it. BTW, I noticed a nicer, stronger scent than the plastic version. You never know what you'll find in discount/dollar/convenience stores, so I'm always on the lookout.

Nice score! I'm always on the lookout for a glass bottle of Aqua Velva but haven't had any luck yet.

Well, I have to say that is amazing - congrats. I would have to guess it was part of a case left in a warehouse and just now brought to light. I would think they have been using plastic for some years now.

Nice find! That's definitely a keeper.

I'm hoping to get a top for my vintage SB bottle (the fire hydrant) so I can start using Skin Bracer in glass too.

...actually, seeing the Captain post here reminded me that I've already found a top that fits (the Captain's Choice bottle), but now I just have to use it up. And then order more Captain's Choice of course!
