A New Semogue from Italian Barber- Atsa Nice!

Have you seen this yet??? WOW! I just got my B&B Essential Brush and now Italian Barber partners with Semogue on this 1305-inspired, Italian flag painted brush. If I'm not mistaken it appears they used the 90% white best tops (1250?) for the knot. As an Italian-American it is my "patriotic duty" to get one of these! (What do I tell my wife?)

ItalianBarber.com Limited Edition 2012 Semogue Brush

Painted Beech Wood Handle

Natural Boar Bristle Premium 90% tops
Knot: 22mm
Loft: 55mm

The ItalianBarber.com Limited Edition 2012 brush is hand made in Portugal by the Gomes family. Modelled after the legendary Semogue 1305 brush, this brush has been tweaked to suit my own personal preferences. I have loved the Semogue 1305 handle and knot for a long time, but I've always wanted it with un-dyed bristles; I've also wanted it with my own custom paint-job! The Gomes family agreed to make us a special small batch of these brushes and we are happy to offer them to our loyal customers. This brush is a terrific performer with both hard soap and softer soaps and creams. Once fully broken-in, it's tips will be soft yet it maintains plenty of backbone. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine!

Gosh, I haven't placed an order with ItalianBarber in over 3 weeks. I think I'm way overdue. This brush will be included in my cart. Very nice!

Being Hungarian myself, our flag colors are also Red, White and Green but run horizontally. So while I would be loading this brush I could pretend that those are painted the Hungarian colors...:biggrin1: I also already ordered the B&B limited edition brush. I'm trying to decide on whether it would be worthwhile ordering this one too. Anyone know if the actual usage of the brush would be similar...I'm assuming so. Likely this decision would be made purely for aesthetic reasons, right? Sigh...like I need an excuse to be enabled...

I beautiful brush. I only hope that paint quality will be better than in 1305 model (really easy to crack, a shame...)

Cheers!
