My nephew phoned me a week ago and asked if I could make him a shaving brush. He had read that highly pervasive "How to Shave Like your Grandpa" article on the Art of Manliness that leads so many users down this path. After reading the article, he bought himself a DE89 - all without my influence or even knowing I was into wet shaving.
After he bough the razor, his dad mentioned I was into wet shaving and might be willing to make him a brush. Willing is an understatement! Really happy to see him getting into this on his own!
So I told him to come over - he picked out some wood from my stock and we talked shapes and he even stuck around while I turned it.
He picked it up today! A nice chunk of Chechen wood for a great nephew!
