I while ago, I sprayed some R L Polo on one of those little cardboard test sticks in an airport taxfree shop. Being the clumsy person that I am, I got some on my fingers too. Many hours later, I could still feel, not so much a scent as a tingling sensation in my nose, reminiscent of walking across a freshly mowed lawn, if I sniffed my fingers.
I just noticed that Blenheim Bouquet seems to leave the same tingliness behind, long after the citrus and pines and pepper and whatnot have gone away.
What is the component that is causing this? Oakmoss?
