A Christmas Gift from TSA

The fates combined to make sure I didn't get to mail some blades to my family's home before I took off, so I was all set to make do with some emergency Personnas I have there. But when I pulled out the Feather Popular this morning, I found that our fearless defenders in the blue shirts had missed a Feather blade in the same pouch of my dopp kit  Needless to say, I had a great shave. So, thanks TSA, I'll never (read: until Monday) bad mouth your lack of competence again!

You can still check blades.

I always check a bag since I refuse to go anywhere without a pocket knife and various other sundries that TSA deems unacceptable in the passenger compartment. Of course I don't fly much either.

Happy Christmas to you!

The last time I flew with someone else behind the controls, I remembered far too late that my 5/8 Klaas was still in my kit!

The, (it's Christmas, so I will be kind) "gentleman" was so busy being suspicious of my Palm Tx and Princeton Tec Blast that he overlooked the little plastic case.

Hoping you have a terrific Christmas leave. :thumbup1:

Best,

- John
