What's new

A buddy of mine just went Italy, what do I tell him to bring back?

My friend is taking a trip to Italy, what shaving creams, soaps, after shaves, and/or frags should I tell him to bring back. Stuff that is cheap in Italy but cost more to get in the States.

Do they sell Monsavon in Italy? If they do, maybe that.
I'll be following this thread carefully, I have two friends going to Italy soon

+1 on the Santa Maria Novella.

I went to Italy this past summer and went to their original store in Florence, which is absolutely gorgeous, looks like a museum. Their shaving soap is still pretty pricey at the store, but it is cheaper to buy it there than here in the states. Totally worth it though, probably my favorite soap I've ever used.

Also, I picked up my first Proraso in a convenience store in Rome for an insanely cheap price. I think it was about 2 euro. Stock up on some cheap Proraso!

SMN is your best bet... you'll save about 30-40% over North American pricing... and substantial dollar savings.

Wow - that's a store? Amazing! I have to agree, even with my limited experience, Italian soaps are the best I've used.

100 bottles of Floid then do a group buy here. It seems very hard to find. like 2 websites offer it.
