I've been wet shaving with a DE since January. I shave 6-7 days a week and, except in cases of user error, usually end up with at least a DFS. I enjoy the process, too. And yet, lo and behold, I could apparently be getting a much better shave if I simply used the new 6 blade razor.

Not exactly. Dorco of Korea has been making, and marketing a 6 bladed razor (usually sold under a given store's house brand) since 2008.

The Titan razor in question is unique in that it has the shaving cream dispensed from within the handle. I think of it as more of a gimmicky product that a serious contender for any large % of the shaving market share.

I admit I'm old-fashioned, but I don't remember putting batteries in my PB&J sandwiches.

Make sure you get the aromatic snake oil. This way your friends will say "Fangs for the the memories" and it shows your good scents.
