6/8 Dovo Special

Well I bought a New production Dovo Special. It came shave ready from Vintage Blades. Fit and finish are really top notch on this razor, and it shaved good. Dovo has done very well with this one.

Here is a pic next to it's older cousin, my Erik Anton Berg. Both Razors are Swedish Steel.

I believe I'm going to ask for that one for the holidays. Really like the faux tortoise scales. Did you get 5/8 or 6/8?

I didn't know the Special was Swedish Steel. I may need to brush off the mothballs and hone mine up!

Just take the scales off and you'll feel right at home with it.

Lol ain't that the truth. The symmetrical grind might mess me up too
