1st shave w/ notched 48-50 SS

Last night I had my 1st shave w/ a notched 48-50 style SS, and wow that is really a nice SS. The balance, head weight, handle, everything about that razor is A1. It's a good looker too!! Any other SS other than the Flairtip you gents think is a must have?

The Red Tip is a keeper, too.

I hear you on the 40's SS, it is tops in my book right now in the TTO field. The look great, and feel solid.

I've actually been on the lookout for a Red Tip.

I agree, if you like a little aggressiveness, the Red Tip is a must try for you.

Yep, she's a keeper. I use one every day. You can stop looking now.

This is my favorite razor. Have a 47 SS, 3 different flare tips including a red tip and a couple of adjustables. While all are decent none match the notched SS for a smooth reproducible shave.

Well, other than those that have already been suggested, maybe a Ranger Tech? I know it's not a Super Speed, but it was the precursor that lead to the 40's SS that is loved by all.
