Hey folks, I'm looking for a birth year razor and I was wondering if any company other than Gillette was still making DE razors in 1982. I assume some of the European companies were but I don't know how to distinguish the dates on any of the non-Gillette razors. Any help is appreciated.

This is true. I have several Krona's and there is no discernible date pattern.

I don't know of any other dated coded razors besides Gillette. Iirc Krona, Wilkinson, Rotbart (basically Gillette), Feather, Astra made ttos in the 80ies.

I haven't had any luck finding the C code Gillettes, I know Kronas were made back then but like its been mentioned, no way to tell the dates on those. I'm open to any brand really, I just don't know how to date anything other than the Gillettes
