In short: yes it does. This razor comes up in the rotation far more often than what would be its fair share. This Hungarian artisan seems to know what he's doing.

The etching on the blade is somewhat faded and the brown staining on the scales I have no idea how that got there as it was there when i got it but like other Filarmonica's it shaves super well and hones up without any trouble.
