*100 push-ups every day: Sets of 40, 30, 20, 10.
*Run 20-25 miles/week (less, of course, during the Michigan winter, and more in the summer).
My schedule is the same everyday. I begin with thirty minutes Zhan Zhuang (Standing Stake meditation). Thirty minutes Wu Qin Xi (Five Animal Frolics Chi-kung). Sixty minutes Pa-kua Chang. Forty-five minutes of Fa-shu Tao. Thirty minutes of Iron-palm training. Thirty minutes of weapons practice. Ending with fifteen minutes of Zhan Zhuang. Only time I 'play hooky' is if I'm sick. This has been my daily routine for so long I don't exactly remember how long. I'd guess at least twenty years.
