Olyfa. French razor.
Congrats, there's one that flies under the radar on this site! I'd love to see a pic of the side of the heads, that's a handsome view.
Some have four pieces ... do yours?
Very nice and in fact that may be the one I saw on the bay in Germany.A JA Henckels DE razor from a seller in Germany. A large travel case, 3" x 3.5" per the seller so slightly larger than a Gillette Tuckaway case. I presume the narrow tin is for a styptic stick. A interesting razor that I have not seen before. Any information would be appreciated.

I do not know the year of manufacture.
Does anyone know?
Ben Hur is very cool ! CongratsMy adjustable Ben Hur
D.R.P. usually signifies pre-war. You probably knew that though. Similar to the Ratio ... look in the book by Krumholz, I remember seeing something in there.
Cage comb, not a le coq though.

This DE is on its way to me from Italy. It's a Valmi Rotor razor, but instead of the rotating safety bar on their main razor it has big teeth on a closed comb.

The Famex is a 1930s French razor, passing resembliance to the Le Coq, but different in construction and operation, it's actually an adjustable razor and works brilliantly .You fellas are killin' me with all these cool razors!
Love the head on that!
So, is it a one piece handle?
Are they zinc alloy, handle too?
What is it?
That's unfortunate, but not unusual, way too many no-name razors out there. You'd think they would mark their razor, and make the brand easy to see and read for a little self promotion.

1929 patent:
Indeed. They pop up occasionally on eBay France, often with the cage upside down, folks not getting it's different from the caged Le Coq.Adjust by squeeze. [emoji106]
