The cleverest one I've seen is Ocarina. It turns your iPhone into a flute by blowing into the headphone jack.
I like to read in bed with eReader, which is an equivalent to Stanza
PCalc - for those of us who still pine for some good ole HP Reverse Polish.
InchCalc - the only good feet, inch and fraction calculator I've ever seen. I wish I'd had this when I was a carpenter!
