You Need a Hat? Big Hat Sale

Gents, I have far too many hats in my wardrobe, so this is an attempt to clear some of them out (struck a while back with H.A.D.), even some new ones. I have a big head, so most of these are sized XL, which will work, I've found, with heads from 7 1/2 - 7 3/4, though the latter may be a tad snug on some (exceptions are the Dobbs, which is XXL, and the beret). But I will explain each hat's fit in the description. Also, I have five up close shots of each hat, if anyone would like a further look, I can pm those to you, let me know.

Most of these hats are high-dollar items as new, fwiw. Three of these hats have never been worn outside, but the others, I can assure you, have been treated well (hey, I'm a hat guy). And no pets/smoking in my house. Prices are CONUS / PayPal. Please remember hats are a little bit more than razors for shipping, so I've had to add that in the price. Thanks for looking.

Straw Selection (pics 1-3):

Ok, from L- R we have
1) Jos Banks straw fedora in XL, USA made, crafted in fine weave Toyo straw, sort of "tobacco" color. Ribbon and removable feather. Packable and crushable for traveling. New, still has the tags, never worn out. Fits well on a 7 1/2-7 5/8 probably.
I'll ask $30 shipped CONUS

2) Bailey Sydney in XL - Genuine Panama Hat hand-woven in Ecuador and finished in the USA. This hat has a teardrop crown and 1 1/2" stingy brim. In "river" color, which looks pinkish in the pics, but it's more somewhere between a green-blue (I think the color on that here is my lighting). Worn once. Fits well on a 7 1/2-7 5/8 probably.
I'll ask $55 shipped CONUS

3) Gorgeous Bailey Milo (new for 2018) Two-Tone Panama Straw Fedora in XL. Handwoven in Ecuador then blocked and finished in the USA. New with tags, never worn outside. Fits well on a 7 1/2-7 5/8 probably.
I'll ask $65 shipped CONUS

Now the felts - all these are pics (4-6):

4) Black boina Clasica beret from Daan @South Pacific Berets in New Zealand. Merino wool. A remake from the Spanish berets of the 30s, Boina classic measures 285mm in diameter and will, according to Daan, shape slowly over time and the diameter will eventually decrease by 10-18mm. New no tags, this one's never been outside, and is one size fits all.
I'll ask $35 shipped for this CONUS

5) Bailey Boley (the black fedora in the picture) in XL. This crushable fedora has a long teardrop crown and a 2 3/8" brim. It's crafted It's water repellent, shape retentive, and packable. Cool thing about the Boley: this style features a leather packer strap that allows it to be rolled up and taken with you. Gently used. Fit is a tad larger than the others, perhaps 7 1/2 or 5/8 to 7 3/4. Made in USA.
I'll ask $50 CONUS

6) Bailey Western Columbia hat in XL, "putty" color. Waterproof, low profile, pinched front hat, cowboy style, with wrapped leather hatband that goes through the brim and turns into a chinstrap with a wooden bead adjuster. Brim = 3 1/4" Worn once outside. Nice 7 5/8-ish fit. Made in USA.
I'll ask $45 CONUS shipped

Second set (pics 7-9):

7) Dobbs flat cap, sized XXL. This is a nice pinstriped Dobbs hat, very unusual (I picked it up at my local hatter from his NOS bin.) Don't know much else about it, big - did I say that? Gently used. I'd say fits 7 3/4 - 8." Made in USA.
I'll ask $20 shipped CONUS for this one.

7) Bailey Wynn in XL, nice pewter color, grey hatband. Teardrop crown and stingy pre-curved brim (1 1/2"). Like the rest of my Baileys, made from 100% wool “Litefelt,” can be carefully crushed from side to side to pack into your luggage, etc. Made in USA. Fits nicely 7 1/2 - 5/8. Gently used.
I'll ask $50 CONUS shipped for the Wynn.

You got a big head? I'll offer discounts/bonuses to those who purchase a "lot" (say three or more). Get a variety - it's here. Good hats.

I am getting some interest in these hats - don't forget to pm if you want more pics. Also, I do have even MORE hats. I spoke with a member earlier about a Stefeno 2" center dent black fedora in XXL I have as well. So convo if you're big headed and want a hat----

BTW - The Bailey Columbia IS still available now. Again, thanks for looking.

I think my hat size is 7 3/8 or 1/2. Too bad. Some of those summer hats look tempting even though I have only worn baseball caps.

I really dig that Dobbs Flat Cap style. I need to measure my noggin to see if it will fit at all.

Love that pic Kent - that's awesome. Everybody's digging on that Dobbs so far - and rightly so - but I really like the Boley's capability of portability: this things rolls right up for stowing in your pocket or bag. And it springs right back to life.

New hat - for those whose head isn't an XXL - it's 7 1/5 - 7 5/8: Stefeno felt 2" brim center dent, with matching grosgraon ribbon. Quite like the popular Bailey Tino, in fact. In black, $30 CONUS

Found another: Rhode from Bailey, which features an outdoorsman crown and a wide 3" brim. Like my other Baileys, it's water repellent, shape retentive LiteFelt, trimmed with a western layered cord band and a nice adjusting strap at the back for comfort. Color is "black mix." XL excellent shape. CONUS $35

i wish i could fit.. Mother Nature minimized the skull material needed to protect my pea-sized brain.. alas.. my head's too small. I sometimes even have to pad the inner band of a small to get them to fit snugly.
