Nice job. It is one of my favorite razors. Now it's time the join the FB social group!
I may find myself swimming upstream here but I didn't like the fat boy one bit. Or any adjustable razor for that matter. I just don't seem to do well with products that have the "One size fits all" approach to design. My wife is a true keeper of family heirlooms and has her uncle Bob's 1969 (04 coded) fat boy on display in our front bathroom. Not so long ago I decided to thoroughly clean and sanitize it, oil it, give it a polish and use it.
I've been wet shaving for a total of perhaps 20 years with a 30 year gap in the middle. I've always been a brush and mug guy. Fooey on that canned crapola. I don't care how I adjusted the fat boy, the shave was nowhere near as close or as comfortable as either my super speed, red tip, blue tip or even my old Trac II. It's now back in it's honored place of display looking nice and clean and all shined up. But it's going to stay there. Just not for me.....
