I guess that is exactly what has to be expected from an OC sibbling.

But the question remains how aggressive the TFCOC () shaves on different settings.

Nope. I'll stick with finishing GRUYERE for now... but maybe I'll order one of these in 2025.

I loved the zamac version and hated the brass version, so stainless is out too despite being lighter than brass. I wish they’d make a Ti version.
