Worthy Razor Pack anybody?

heard of these? Is it an actual razor brand or just a blade holder? It's coming with my red tip along with a Gillette blue blade. I can't tell but it's unwrapped and looks like there are a blued colored blades in the dispenser but it says "worthy blades" on it. Any help would be great! Thanks!

I know this is an old question but I have packets of "Worthy" safety razor blades which say "Fred Meyer Inc. Portland, Oregon" on the inner flap. It does not say who produced them, but I'm sure they're stencils (made by a separate manufacturer).
