me too!!! I see quite a few of them etched on the blades (I was gifted one about 10 years ago from my lodge brethren, but alas, it was a cheap chinese model (sadly NOT with Gold Dollar quality steel) , gave it to my neighbor who used to hone for me and he said it chipped 2-3 times when he tried to hone it. so it's just relegated as a decorative piece, haven't even tried shaving with it.

I much prefer an understated stamp on the tang. very nice indeed!

Looks like a solid, no nonsense blade. Should clean up nicely.

Looking good! A nice John Barber wedge is on my short list of wants. I found an affordable hollow, but someone took a grinder to it & ruined the blade. Makes a nice key chain, though...
