Winsor Brush- Any Info Please?

Picked up this gorgeous boar and badger vintage brush with an inlaid wooden handle.
It's a 24mm knot, but I can't find any info on it anywhere.
The celluloid label just says "Winsor 133".
Does anyone know anything about these brushes or seen similar?:

Does the label belong to the brush? It seems odd that a brush maker would paste it so crooked, and not centered in the area of dark grain.

Hmm...I'd wondered about this. The label is certainly waterproof and seems to have been affixed to the handle for a long time in any case...
