I have finished my wilkinson sword soap, and am looking to get something nicer, but want to keep using the container for travelling. Should the Trumper refills fit in my wilkinson sword dish?

You should consider posting the dimensions of the Wilkie dish, or at least a photo (although that won't help without a bsis for comparison). I don't have one myself, so I couldn't hazard a guess. There are many different shapes and sizes, so they are not all fungible. On the other hand, it's soap. Unless the Wilkie dish is radically different, a simple apple peeler will help you to make it fit.
