In Germany, in these times, there are the old classic Protector-blades (not Diamond) and the Protector3-blades on the market.
As the Quattro was already on the market, Wilkinson took the cartridge and ripped off one of the blades and named it Protector3.
So, the P3-head is the same construction (and with Alpha-Diamond-Coating, too).
In early 2009, I was surprised about the price in a supermarket-flyer and I decided to test it.
Since then, it always worked for me!
Remarkable is, that here in Germany the P3-blades costs HALF as the Quattro-ones! So, a single shave is very cheap for an cartridge-razor.

Because of the Quattro, the P3 is not known to the most people.
But the P3-blades are a really remarkable evolution! There are sharp, very sensitiv and absolutely longlasting.
Here, a single P3 with one blade costs 2,99 EUR.
There are an 4-Pack, cost 4,99 EUR and a 8-Pack, cost 8,99 on the market.
That´s friendly priced and I can get 20 shaves out of one blade.
That´s my system! Next to, I´m using a Merkur 23c. But I like both the same way!
