Seller seems very knowledgeable, so why the silly price?

Funny enough, one experienced gent told me that the razor, as is, would at most fetch 250 US.

It's etsy. The place that makes eBay ridiculous prices look reasonable by comparison.

We all know this guy from Slovenia. His prices are ridiculously high, even for etsy. This one has been listed for a long time, as he waits for someone to bite. I have a really nice Gotta in very good condition and I paid $31 plus $7 shipping. Mine is not mint, but it is in excellent condition with the original box. There are a few good vendors on etsy, but be careful!

They are a really good razor, actually, one of my favourites from that period, and I've probably had around ten over the years. Bought and sold them, because they are not so rare in Oz. I don't think I paid over $50 for any of them...

I would have snapped it up at that price except for the wear marks on the corners of the coffin. A total turn off. Suggested that the price be dropped by 95%. Still awaiting a reply.
