Who should I have hand-make me a brush?

I've got a couple of 24mm knots, now I need someone to make some brushes for me. Who makes the best UNBREAKABLE, WATERPROOF ones??

I need something that will withstand a 16 year old.

OMG, you guys were SO right. I had Rudy make me not one, but THREE brushes, and they are so much weightier, meatier, prettier and better built than anything I've ever seen before, that I literally will not buy another "production" brush again. There's no point looking any further, I have seen perfection.
