Who makes T&H's soap?

I remember reading that Creighton's made T&H's cream, and that some other company made their soap. Was it Valobra? Another company?

I believe it's TOBS. I have a puck of TOBS Traditional and it's pretty much identical to the T&H puck. That's just my guess though.

I thought it was Culmak who make those English soaps.
