Which Manchurian?

I've been torturing myself trying to decide a good Manchurian to go with. I've recently converted almost entirely to face lathering and using hard soaps about 85% of the time. I prefer a smaller diameter brush (my Chubby 2 in 2-band Super feels a bit big on the face)...

I've been thinking about either: Rover, Chubby 1, Tulip 3, or M7 (although only butterscotch is available)...

You can have them make you one to order - so if you'd prefer an M7 in ivory, just email them. From the options you listed I vote for the Rover - great handle!

I am torturing myself with the same issue. I am split between the M7 and Duke 3. I already have a Duke 3 in Best. So, do I go for the same brush with Manchurian, or try the M7. I have never tried a Chubby either. I don't know what to do. HELP!

+1. The Duke 3 should have a little more bloom than the Chubby. The Manchurian has a lot of backbone, so bear that in mind.

I have a Rover and a Beehive. I must tell you both of them are incredible. Maybe the Beehive will be my choise just because of its bigger handle and its lower price. Anyway, in the future these "rarities" will maintain their worth.

It sounded from our conversation like they are getting to the end of the Manchurians as he discussed what he had left and did not seem interested in other options. He strongly endorsed the Rover based upon what I described as my expected use for the brush. He also told me that it would likely be here by Saturday!!

I have the M7 in the GYLE and love the handle. Since you already have the Duke I'd go with the M7.

I have the M7 Manchurian in Butterscotch, and it's definitely my go-to brush. I've got a Duke 3 in two-band, and it's a great brush too, but I find myself preferring the M7. That said, it's tough to go wrong with these choices.
