Which brush handle?

Just brainstorming. Right now the material is stainless steel lol. But delrin is always a good option.

The first pic upwards looks very nice to me, but I'd opt for wood or horn as material choice.

I like the first one better as well.

I prefer acrylic. Have you looked at the offerings from Exotic Blanks? They have 1 1/2" diameter blanks that are 2 1/4" long and make beautiful handles.

If you have access to Stainless, then go ahead and use it, if nothing else as a learning experience.

I'm guessing that you work in a machine shop and have access to remnant materials. Use whatever you have available and then consider the more exotic stuff.

My personal taste says picture no 1. I prefer Acrylic even though i made one handle my self out of Aluminum alloy...i find it kind of cold.

I like the second one. Wouldn't do steel unless it is stainlees. Remind me of screwdriver handles....very cool!
