Being in Norway my guess is ebay would be your best bet
He is referring to the feather shavette blades, and he is in Norway so I'm not sure if Amazon will ship there and it may be cost prohibitive

I believe that our beloved Norwegian barbershop.no has just as good price. If you buy one pack of 20 blades it's about the same price including shipping. Then you'll get the blades in 1-2 business days, and you'll support "our" shop. 
Edit: They are actually cheaper at barbershop.no. Didn't notice the price was in £. If the price had been in € they would be about the same.
