I wear a suit everyday, so where should I apply cologne? Neck and wrists??

the link provided says to spray it on your chest...does it matter that I am wearing a suit all day??

Normally in the bathroom. However, since you wear a suit every day, perhaps in the closet or even at the office.

With most colognes I normally just use two sprays on the chest and one on the neck.
You would be better off putting your cologne on before getting dressed.
If you need to apply cologne during the day (to "top up" the scent) a spray on the neck would be sufficient.

Personally, before I'm on the job, I like to splash some on me undercarriage for a bit of a how's your father.
Behind the ears is a good spot, too. Any place with good blood flow generates surface heat....which is what you want.
Chest and neck/behind the ears.
