To me, it's a very simple scent. It's woody, primarily cedar with a little sandalwood. There is some citrus on top that doesn't last long at all. Really, it's just a very woody scent. Hope that helps.

agreed on this. pleasant cedar. I smell zero sandalwood in this soap.
