To answer your question....a razor is worth whatever you are willing to pay. What you are willing to pay may not be what I am willing to pay. How bad do you want it?
A cased Aristo in good condition will run between $25-60+
A decent uncased Aristo $15-35
A brassed, ugly but useable Aristo, $5-20
