Whats the deal w/ India Wilkinson Swords

They're made in a Gillette plant in India. Gillette has marketing rights for Wilkinson there.
They look like a good blade from the reviews I've read, but I already have other blades that work for me for less money.
From what I've read, they should be comparable to Crystals, Sharks, even Dorco ST-301's, all of which work for me, and were purchased for less than the price you saw for the Wilkinsons.
As always with blades, YMMV.

The Wilkinson Sword Platinums made by Gillette in India are very good blades but I don't know about these, and at 22 cents each they aren't that cheap. One can get Red IP's for 13 cents each.

I really like these blades, but the 5 pack I have always seen is 4 of them + 1 Gillette 7 O'clock black. That being said they cost me 20% more than marked because I don't use the Gillette. Not a very good shave for me. If anyone knows where to get them in a true five pack please fill me in.
I don't think you can get them in a true 5 pack.
I bought from the seller mentioned in the OP, and they came in normal 5 packs. I do like them very much indeed.

I found them to be a middle of the road blade. They are not bad and a decent value for the money. However, the Iridiums and Permasharp Supers are better performers and I get enough extra shaves from them that they end up being the same price or cheaper than the wilkinsons.
I use these blades in rotation with other Indian blades. These blades are very good. They were dirt cheap in India and I stocked them up along with my other favourite Indian blade, "super max". I think I have posted a thread here concerning the quality ratings of Indian blades before (according to me!).
I used an Indian made Wilikinson this morning. These are really sharp! Almost Feather sharp to me. The Indian Wilkinson's are nothing like the German made Wilkinson's. I found those lousy blades at Bed Bath and Beyond. I doubt they'd cut baby hair.
I had good shaves with these. As a bonus i got a bit of a chuckle when i opened the wrapper... an ad for the Gillette Vector (atra) Plus
