What's new

What's in your personal 'well'

What liquors do you always keep on hand?

Personally;

Gin: Hendrick's
Bourbon: Buffalo Trace or Maker's Mark
Scotch: Glenlivit 12 and something I haven't tried before (right now it's Glen 15)
I don't drink rum, vodka or tequila enough to have a favorite.
Other: Fernet Branca, Irish Whiskey, Campari

Whiskey: always some kind of bourbon (though I'm still enjoying trying different ones), Gentleman Jack, Crown Royal (or Reserve, occasionally), Black Bush
Whisky: not a big scotch fan, but I usually try to keep some Black Label
Gin: Bombay Sapphire (fairly new to gin and have really enjoyed that one... looking to try Tanqueray and Hendrick's, though)
Vodka: Tito's
Tequila: Camarena (not a big tequila drinker... it's pretty cheap but halfway decent)
Rum: always try to keep a white and gold (Cruzan white and Appleton V/X at the moment)

And then an assortment of liqueurs that I'm constantly trying to add to (at the moment, Cointreau, Disaronno, and Campari).

Jack Daniels, because no matter what, someone will ask for it.
Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray
Glenlivet 15
Amaretto
Baileys
Tanduay Rum 12
Patron Tequila
Tres Generaciones Agave Anejo

Bombay Sapphire - For martinis
Gordons Gin - For G&Ts
San Juan Del Rio Mezcal -
Stoli/Kettle One Vodka - Some heathen(my mother) will want vodka instead of delicious Gin

I am pretty much a clear liquor drinkier, as well as most of the people whom would be drinking at my place. I only have Vodka because not everyone likes gin.
Edit - Forgot to mention my Liquor store guy said he is getting in a Local Vodka that tastes just as good as Kettle one but cheaper. So if my guests like it, it may become the new go to.

Liquor is reserved for annual Lake of the Woods fishing trip in Canada and then it's a bottle of Jim Beam Rye. I fish with the same 2 guys annually and it never changes, one drinks Crown and the other Captain Morgan. We're only allowed to bring in 1 liter each and we follow the law. Making it last 7 days is a challenge.

Tanqueray and Gordon's
WT's straight rye (amazingly quite good! )
and always..
Chartreuse (the basic green variety )

Whiskey / bourbon: Jack Daniel's or Maker's Mark. I think Maker's Mark has the edge but do like the JD.
Scotch: I seem to like most Speyside malts, but Glenfiddich 18 is probably my favourite. Usually have two or three in.
Rum: Wood's 100. Love this stuff, and am reliably informed by an ex-RN friend that's it's about as close to issue navy rum as you can get.
Gin: Gordon's or Bombay Sapphire.
Vodka: Russian Standard for preference, but people keep giving us Smirnoff.

My liquor cabinet is too large for this to have become an issue. Finishing a bottle is a rare event when you have 60+.
