What watch is featured in The Watchmen?

Just got finished watching the movie "The Watchmen"

In the movie, the Dr. Manhattan character is the son of a watchmaker which teaches him to them apart and put them back together.

During a couple flashback scenes, a watch is featured. Does anyone know what it is, or if the one that is apart is the same?

There is another scene that a head shrinker looks at his watch and it stops. Anyone know what this one is?
