It's a British Aristocrat, I can't tell which one. Could be a 14, or 15, or 20.

thanks for the link...i checked the listing again it has brown background box with Gillette Safety Razor Made in England ...so looks like 20...
is this mild/med or high aggressive razor?

That actually looks more like a #58 case (the razor is definitely not a 58), except there shouldn't be a depression there where the handle is sitting, it should be diagonal. I don't know what to tell you about the case.
