Do you know if the Shark Platinum blades are smoother and last longer?

Truthfully, I have never used them. I am also not likely to do so either as I probably have a lifetimes supply of blades at this time. However, I know that there is someone on this board who has likely tried to evaluate this. There are always people interested in your opinion if you can take the time to compare the two. If you do this comparison, I would like to read your findings.
