Blade Feather Professional New & 1st Use
This blade's initial feel was abit better comparing to the Proline. It was smooth and can feel the blade was crisply sharp but comfortable. Hmmm...still not as good feel and efficient as the guarded blades though, ymmv.

First time using a Feather blade - second time with the vintage 1958 Super-speed TV Special
Didn't draw any blood but the Feather blade is as expected a little too aggressive for my skin. I guess that if it was in my Merkur 39C slant it would have cut me up nicely as it reminded me of the Gillette Platinium which in the 39C sliced me in a couple of places. I believe that these blades are not only sharp but also a hair wider which gives a close shave but a lot of irritation for me even in a mild razor like the SS as the blades edge runs closer to the skin... Back to the Personnas I go!!
On the plus side it was a very close shave only did 1 pass WTG and a couple of touch ups... I don't think I'll need to shave again for 3 days
