What's new

What pre shave did you use today?

paa Cube 2.0 (non mentholated) I have to say I was a little skeptical about what they touted I mean it seemed like it was way overselling itself …..but it made my Edwin jagger lather (it’s a low to mid tier performer for me)almost akin to cottage cheese or something …I mean it was dense super thick….I wet the cube rubbed it against the grain covered the face …went at it with my lather and brush at first I was like pfff what where’s this amazing lather ..not to long after the lather just exploded into this thick cream …and the slickness is nice added bonus to it made my personna Israeli red blade feel like your average blades in terms of blade feel. 🤯

Paa cube 2.0..today I used it with tabac (tallow) made it super super thick and it was awesome >_< in all honestly this stuff is like shaving gold ..why did I not try this years ago…🤔

Barbasol 1919 Classic Shaving Cream

Shaved with this on Sunday. Now first use as a pre shave.

In 1919, Barbasol invented the very first no brush, no lather, no rub-in shaving cream.

Barbasol 1919 is their fresh take on the original.

Nice fresh scent. Very slick & excellent razor glide.

I like using super slicks such as Cremo, Trader Joe's Cream Shave and VDH Shave Butter as pre shaves to help razor glide.

Paa cube 2.0 (non mentholated) 😎 I paired it with a Stirling shave soap and phew that had to of been the most amazing shave I’ve ever had hands down ….I don’t think it’s possible to even beat that….I will however reserve the cube for my more lacklustre soaps ._.
