what is this, it say Gillette underneath, reissue pat - no 17567
pat. nob. - 1815745 - 1858316. Real heavy silver or metal color, could not find a match on Mr. razor site. 3 piece open comp

Well, I'm not an expert, but the head looks like it's a NEW. The handle is unlike any I've seen before, though.

That's a long toothed NEW with the correct common bar handle. The one in the original post is a short toothed NEW head on a handle I've never seen.

yes the handle is kind of strange, maybe it is not Gillette? the head is but the handle something else?

Maybe the handle is a common bar with the screw-in cap from an older three-piece, such as a New Improved or Old Type?
