What is the difference between black and yellow feather blades?

I have noticed there are black packs of feathers that say "hi stainless" and there are yellow packs that say "new high stainless"... is there a difference?

The black packs on average seem priced higher by 10-15%

Only the packaging, Also some yellows are in 10 packs and the blacks are all 5 packs.

As Scott said only the packaging, the blades inside are the same.
