Used to drink about 4-5 cups of black coffee/day. Now I drink one in the morning and some green tea throughout the day.
I'm brewing a mug of Patriot blend tea now. coconut pieces, raspberry pieces and blue cornflower petals, flavoring an American Breakfast Tea I rarely steep wice, unless I brew the first cup below normal brewing temps, 150-165
