Last day at UNESCO heritage site. Thought to show the famous landmarks from the Portuguese built fort and Dutch built Church which is part of the Stadthuys building.
Beautiful lather from the soap. Creamily thick and slick with super nice scent and cooling sensation.
Excellent razor paired with this blade gives a super smooth and comfortable shave. What a nice blade! Enjoyable 3+1 passes without issues for a mostly bbs result. Excellent aftershaves especially with Brandy Spice! Loving the Karve with D plate! Rating 10/10!

Second shave with this sample and it impressed again and I still have it slightly out performing the D.R. Harris and TOBS samples I've just tried (slightly slicker). There isn't a lot in it, but enough for me to pick T&H over the other two if there are similar scents and I am really liking the Apsley scent, especially on a cold Autumn morning.
Today felt like a really smooth shave with no irritation and I had no feedback from the Alum block. Overall another enjoyable shave with this T&H combination.

Yesterday's shave was so good I did a rerun...hot water, a ten second lather of MdC Fougere with a Kent BK4, and three passes with a several day old Crystal in a Feather AS-D2. Used 4711 cologne as aftershave after a quick shower. The MdC makes lather so quickly and copiously that ten seconds was overkill. The BK4 is a small brush, but there was probably enough for six passes. BBS. Phenomenally comfortable. 10/10

Brush: Wild West Brushworks / 26mm Declaration Grooming B9A
Soap: Barrister and Mann - Paganini's Violin
Razor: Razorock Gamechanger .68
Blade: Gillette Platinum "Swede" (c.2008)

9/10: Fantastic shave, though I find that my Rockwell with the R4 plate is usually more efficient. I enjoy this B&M soap more and more as the days go on. The scent is growing on me, and the soap lathers as easily as anything out there. I put its post-shave in a category just below Zingari Man, as well.

Pre-Shave: Cold water splash - Pinaud Clubman Classic Barber Shave Cream
Soap: WSP Formula T Bay Rum
Brush: Simpson Trafalgar Synthetic
Razor: Timeless SS SB .68 w/scalloped head & base
Blade: Kai SS (3)
Post-Shave: Cold water splash - Thayers Witch Hazel - Lucky Tiger Face Tonic
AS: Bootlegger's Bay Rum

A good recovery from yesterday morning's fair shave. Was a little nervous about the nick from yesterday, so I worked around it a bit. WSP's Formula-T Bay Rum is a new addition to the den. Performed very well. Smells good...a straight forward Bay Rum scent for the most part.

Happy Shaves, Everyone.

Soap: Stirling Christmas Eve
Razor: Gillette Old Type
Blade: 7 O'clock SS (1)
Brush: Omega boar
Aftershave: VIBR
Balm: Nivea Sensitive

Nicked myself twice on the first pass. I don't remember the last time I did that!

Respect the old type, as such a beast takes no prisoners. Got a little bit of irritation above the upper lip, but that's fine.

Fun shave this morning.

Pre Shave: Warm shower, Stirling Unscented Pre Shave Soap Face Wash, Crown Pre Shave Gel
Razor: Parker Adjustable Injector on 3.5
Blade: Ted Pella Injector
Brush: Simpson's Trafalgar T3
Soap: Stirling Executive Man
Post Shave: Cold water rinse, Nivea Sensitive Post Shave Balm, Proraso Red AS
Rating: 9.50/10 Excellent two pass BBS shave, minimal buffing. No weepers, no irritation and no cuts. Very efficient comfortable shave. Second shave with the Parker Injector. I prefer mild razors and this one fits that description. The settings on the Parker seem similar to the ones on the Schick, thus, the Schick has more adjustments available. Being enamored with the Parker on the first shave, was debating selling my Schick Adjustable's, but now feel they will stay in my collection.
