I give this one a five. I've been trying to find the right blade for me and, while I got a very close shave, the Superinox is too aggressive. The feedback on my alum was Home Alonesque and I had several weepers that I don't normally get.

Sunday shave Dec 22-2019 and it will be a Schick shave with my brought back to life E2 that was purchased in rough shape from a remote Antique shop. This razor is one of the best shavers Schick ever designed IMO for getting a close shave with a light razor. It is nimble in the hand to use, easy to clean and mid upper range IMO. What is there not to like about a E2?

Pre shave : Brush wash the face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear aloe Vera gel on the beard area.
Post shave : Alum + cold water rinse
Post shave : Razorock King Louis Lavender with witch Hazel + Nivea balm
Results : 9/10 or CCS,DFS,BBS + alum indicated some minor irritation + 3 blemish weepers =

We had an early Christmas with my wife's brother and his family to accommodate their travel plans.

The Charcoal Goods Level 2 is a Christmas gift from my wife. Awesome razor. Handles well. Smooth, comfortable and efficient. Excellent razor. Excellent results.

The Cognac and Cypress shaving cream and aftershave balm are Christmas gifts from my niece. The shaving cream is not a lather monster but it is super slick. Good results.

The balm is great. Soaks right into the skin and provides a very soothing effect.
